Is it really free?
Yes, for your first project with us and for venues in our 3D library. There are no obligations: asking for the model does not commit you to anything.
What do I get?
A to-scale 3D model of your event inside the venue, with stage, lighting and layout, so that you and your client see it before the proposal is signed.
Who can request it?
Event planners, agencies and venue teams planning an event in one of the venues listed on this page. One free 3D model per company.
My venue is not in the list.
We build 3D models for other venues too, quoted separately. Choose “Another venue” in the form and tell us which one.
What do you need from me?
The venue, the date, the number of guests and a budget range. A short description of your idea helps, but it is optional.
What happens after I send the request?
We reply to you by email and place your event in the 3D copy of the venue. The model is ready in 3 working days.
